We Caliban Store strive to give you a quality product of your choice. However if you are unhappy with the Products you have received with our fault , you may contact us and send the product to us at the address provided. Items will have to be unused and returned in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery. 

Exchange Policy

If you are unhappy with the Products because of our fault, you can send it back to us within 10 days of the delivery. 

It is said to be the fault from our side if:
• Wrong product was delivered.
• Product with wrong size delivered
• The product wasn't in good quality.
• Lack of quality in the print

In all of the above cases we will refund the entire amount to your bank account or will give you a store credit (As per your choice) , provided that you have delivered us back the original product in the original manner just like it were when delivered with all the tags and marks.

It is said to be not our fault if:

1) Wrong size was chooses by the customer.
2) The customer just don't need the product and want a refund.
3) The customer just didn't like the product. 

In these cases the products can neither be returned nor be exchanged and also no refund and credits will be provided in any course.

How do I send the product back?
You can send it back to us via a cost effective courier company or registered post to the address we provided

 Will I have to pay for returning the products?
Yes, you will have to bear the postal charges for sending your products back to us in any course other than it was because of our fault. 

 I have received a wrong / defective product. How do I proceed?
Please send the product back to our address using the same process mentioned above. We will reimburse you for the entire amount you spend on returning the products to us. 

Can I get a refund on a cancelled order? Refund will be processed through same mode within maximum of 10 working days. Customer can cancel the order within 1 hour after placing the order.

Note: There should be proof that the product delivered falls under our fault. The proof includes video(s) of unboxing of the product , order summary in the case were it stands to be a reasonable proof etc.
